Samantha’s Beauty Box – Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment – A non-refundable deposit of at least 20% may be requested. Deposits are deducted from the final balance.

Rescheduling & Cancellations – You may reschedule up to 48 hrs before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hrs may forfeit your deposit. No-shows require payment in full.

Failure to Pay – Balances must be settled within 7 days. Unpaid balances may lead to court action, and you will be liable for legal/admin costs.

Late Arrivals – Arriving late may shorten your treatment. Over 15 mins late may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

Medical & Skin Health – Complete a consultation form and disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and sensitivities. We are not liable for reactions from undisclosed info or ignoring aftercare.

Age Restrictions – Some treatments require clients to be 18+ or have parental consent.

Patch Tests – Required for certain treatments at least 24–48 hrs in advance. Failure to attend will result in cancellation and deposit loss.

Refunds – No refunds once treatments are provided. Deposit refunds only if we cancel and no alternative is offered.

9. Right to Refuse – We may refuse service to anyone under the influence, acting inappropriately, or not complying with these terms.

If you wish to file a complaint regarding a service booked through our website and contact with our customer service does not lead to a resolution of the issues, you can file this complaint via the EU Online Disputes (OS) platform, a portal of the European Commission, submit here. Note: This system is for complaints about online purchases only.
